Built Through the Solarys Core Architecture
Built the RAG-based document intelligence system through Solarys Core, the architecture and process we follow for governed AI systems. That discipline provided the foundation for seamless document processing, vector storage, and intelligent query routing, enabling rapid development and deployment of the sophisticated RAG system while maintaining enterprise-grade security and scalability.
RAG-Based Document Intelligence Engine
We engineered a sophisticated retrieval-augmented generation system that processes 100+ page financial bulletins from luxury automotive finance providers. Using vector embeddings and semantic chunking, the system extracts pricing rules, incentive programs, and lease structures with precision. The RAG pipeline chunks documents intelligently, stores them in a vector database, and retrieves relevant context to generate accurate dealer pricing recommendations - eliminating the manual lookup process that previously consumed 30+ hours weekly.
Automated Dealer Penciling System
Built an intelligent pricing calculation system through Solarys Core that leverages the RAG engine to automate dealer "penciling" - the process of calculating accurate lease and finance terms for customers. The system retrieves relevant pricing data from financial bulletins using semantic search, applies complex business rules, and generates precise quotes in seconds. This automation virtually eliminated pricing errors and accelerated the quote generation process from 15-20 minutes to under 30 seconds per vehicle.
Intelligent Query Interface
Designed an intuitive interface that allows dealers to ask natural language questions about pricing, incentives, and program eligibility. The system uses the RAG architecture to understand context, retrieve relevant bulletin sections, and provide accurate answers with source citations - enabling dealers to quickly access critical information without manual document searches.
Enterprise DMS & CRM Integration
Integrated seamlessly with industry-leading systems through Fortellis and Cox Automotive APIs, enabling real-time data synchronization with dealer management systems (DMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms. This eliminated manual data entry and import processes, allowing the RAG system to access live customer information, inventory data, and transaction history directly from dealership systems. The integration ensures pricing calculations are always based on current dealership data, maintaining accuracy while reducing operational overhead and enabling instant quote generation within existing dealer workflows.
